18 July 2007 - Day 11

Just two days left until graduation! Today, White Hats were given the opportunity to record their DDR commericals with Lt Kirk. Flights were in and out of civilian clothes and blues as they finalized all of their different scenes for the videos. When not recording, flights continued to work hard on their flight rifle performances. The demonstrations have been planned, the next few days will just be spent ironing out the kinks and getting everyone moving together as a unit. In the afternoon, two officers came from the local police department K9 unit came to give a demonstration with one of their drug dogs. Cadets watched the demonstration and then had the opportunity to ask questions of the officers. In addition, tryouts were completed for the different elements to perform at graduation. The final slotting was announced at dinner, and the various teams could begin practicing. We were also privileged to have Mr. Mike Simpkins, the DDR Program Manager from National Headquarters visiting with us. He will be around for the next few days.
