16 July 2008 - Day 4

Day four, and the training continues!  Cadets spent the day training with the Air Force Honor Guardsmen -- White Hats working on the Funeral Element and Blue and Red Hats doing Colors.  The afternoon continued with rifle drill and marching as cadets worked hard to perfect their movements.  After dinner, the Assistant Staff Instructors gave a class for White Hats on Wear and Care of the Uniform.  The Blue and Red Hats learned from Lt Col Thomas about the history and significance of the Medal of Honor.  Following the classes, first year students were allowed to call home, and everyone had the opportunity to work on their Drug Demand Reduction commercials.
